"THIS OFFICE SAYS UNTRUTHFUL THINGS AND PUTS YOU IN DANGER YOU CAN GET IN LEGAL PROBLEMS WITHOUT INSURANCE AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME , IMAGINE MAKING YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND NOT BEING INSURED BUT BEING TOLD YOU ARE INSURED? AS ACUSTOMER BEING TOLD TO PAY $$ AND CHANGE PRICES ON YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU? SPECIFICALLY CALLING THE AGENT EVERY MONTH? THIS IS SO UNFAIR PLEASE READ BE AWARE!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE. TOMMY , SOLD ME LIES I WAS TOLD TO PAY A QUOTE AND EVERY MONTH I WAS GETTING LETTERS THAT IT WAS CANCELED, CALLED HIM EVERY MONTH AND HE ASSURED ME MY POLICY WAS GOOD TO FIND OUT I WAS PAYING AND NOT BEING INSURED!! I HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD WHO WAS PUT A RISK BY NOT BEING INSURED, WHEN I MADE EVERY PAYMENT, I ASKED HIM WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF ANY ACCIDENTS HAPPENED? HE SAID "I WOULD HAVE SPEAKED TO LUKE, YOU ARE FINE LIDIA" AFTER FIVE MONTHS OF THE SAME THING I SOPOKE TO ELIZABETH THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID I WAS ENTITLED TO PAY A QUOTE I WAS NEVER TOLD. THEY STOLED MY MONEY ITS CAUSING ME EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY THAT YOU LOVE DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS YOU WILL BE CHARGE FOR NOT BEING INSURED. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST TOMMY, TAMMY I HAVE PROOF AND LINES WERE RECORDED."

Not only did they save me money they helped me get coverage quickly with after hour phone calls when I was needing coverage when a previous policy expired. At first I couldn’t believe it a 730 pm phone call. Most Customer service is a downhill spiral of waiting on a phone listening to music and being transferred to a person reading a script!
