"Switching to USAA, Luke clearly does not care about veterans or respect his customers who line his pockets enough to not employee incompetent customer service associates I remember when he was just an employee of another office and watched him grow only for him to toss my policy to the side and not be helpful at all moving family to Texas and zero has been done on his offices side to push things through with state farm this kind of care makes me glad I won't have to worry about his complete let down of an office come two weeks"

"I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews because I don’t like putting bad energy into the world, but at this point I feel I need to share my experience to hopefully protect future customers. From the very first day, things were not handled as promised. After signing up, I noticed my deductible was different from what we had discussed. I was told it was changed because it would be “cheaper,” even though that wasn’t what I agreed to. I also specifically requested that my daughter be listed on my policy, yet when I received the paperwork and insurance cards, she wasn’t listed anywhere. I was told drive-safe devices would be sent automatically — I still haven’t received them. I was also told my auto insurance would be less if I added a $15 life-insurance policy, which influenced my decision. Instead, my monthly bill ended up being higher than I was originally quoted, and even more than what I was previously paying with my old insurer. Overall, I feel misled and frustrated. I no longer trust anything coming from this agency, and I regret switching my auto and home policies. Ethical business practices and transparency should be a priority here — and unfortunately, that was not my experience."
