TOMMY , SOLD ME LIES I WAS TOLD TO PAY A QUOTE AND EVERY MONTH I WAS GETTING LETTERS THAT IT WAS CANCELED, CALLED HIM EVERY MONTH AND HE ASSURED ME MY POLICY WAS GOOD TO FIND OUT I WAS PAYING AND NOT BEING INSURED!! I HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD WHO WAS PUT A RISK BY NOT BEING INSURED, WHEN I MADE EVERY PAYMENT, I ASKED HIM WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF ANY ACCIDENTS HAPPENED? HE SAID "I WOULD HAVE SPEAKED TO LUKE, YOU ARE FINE LIDIA" AFTER FIVE MONTHS OF THE SAME THING I SOPOKE TO ELIZABETH THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID I WAS ENTITLED TO PAY A QUOTE I WAS NEVER TOLD. THEY STOLED MY MONEY ITS CAUSING ME EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY THAT YOU LOVE DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS YOU WILL BE CHARGE FOR NOT BEING INSURED. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST TOMMY, TAMMY I HAVE PROOF AND LINES WERE RECORDED."

Let’s face it there are a bunch of insurance companies but none have better service than Larry Tomon and this Oceanside Ca. State Farm office! This is my first time with State Farm. Not only did they save me money they helped me get coverage quickly with after hour phone calls when I was needing coverage when a previous policy expired. At first I couldn’t believe it a 730 pm phone call. Most Customer service is a downhill spiral of waiting on a phone listening to music and being transferred to a person reading a script! I was talking to Larry who I know and asked how I was doing. Larry made sure I was taken care of and that saved me money, time and I truly felt like my business was important to them! Outstanding job well done and thank you Larry you have my business from now on!"
